International Cuisine Pavilion

International Cuisine PavilionChefs, owners and other buyers know that the place to locate international and traditional ethnic food and beverage products is the International Cuisine Pavilion (ICP) — conveniently located at the front of North Hall 1. As the only designated food and beverage area, visitors looking to spice up their menus with new products and ideas make sure that the ICP is the first place they visit.

New-to-market companies will find exhibiting in the ICP is the most cost-effective way to introduce their goods and find distribution throughout the United States. Already established companies will gain market share.

All ICP exhibitors benefit from focused publicity efforts by the ICP Public Relations experts to reach local, national, international and ethnic press before and after the show.

Who qualifies to exhibit in the ICP?

  • International companies who produce food and/or beverages outside of the U.S.
  • U.S.-based companies who manufacture traditional ethnic food and/or beverages
  • U.S.-based companies who import food and/or beverages from outside the United States
